Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield

The room service experience was a nightmare. The QR code didn't work, and without a phone, I had to call the main line only to be told there was no alternative. It felt so frustrating and completely unhelpful.

I had a good stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel had just opened, and I enjoyed my refreshing glass of orange juice while waiting in line, despite some technical hitches. Hannah at reception was welcoming. My room was pristine, beautifully furnished, and I appreciated being the first guest to use the new bed, providing me with a superb sleep. The staff members, including Hannah, Kierra, and Valeria, were really good and promptly addressed all my concerns. The app for services was a great touch, and the umbrella stand was a clever idea. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

The really good service were really good, especially when the staff surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, a birthday card, and chocolate. The room was lovely, complete with beautifully arranged towels and rose petals.
